Unlike conventional medicine, naturopathic doctors receive extensive training in nutrition, which allows me to offer more personalized recommendations suited to your unique needs. I practice a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach, which emphasizes weight inclusivity, enhancing wellbeing, compassionate care, and joyful eating and movement. I am particularly mindful of supporting healthy relationships with food and being sensitive to any history of disordered eating. This ensures that the dietary changes we implement are not only effective but also nurturing to your mental and emotional well-being.
